Sendle is Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral delivery service, while importantly also maintaining cost-effectiveness! All materials used to securely package your candle are recycled and paper-based – no plastic whatsoever!
- We offer FREE in-person collection in Werribee and the Melbourne CBD. Usually ready in 2-4 days.
- $12 flat rate shipping, Australia wide.
- We offer FREE shipping of all orders over $80.
- All orders are generally processed within 2 business days. Once shipped, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive. Please make sure your shipping address details are up to date and correct, as we cannot take responsibility for orders that do not arrive because of errors in the address.

Returns
We put a lot of love, care and attention into each and every product that we handmake, and hope you will love our products too.
All QuinnSea candles are hand-poured. As with any handcrafted products, slight variances may occur and are a natural part of the handmade process.
Soy candles are sensitive to temperature and light. Avoid candles discolouring, cracking or melting by storing your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and fluorescent light.
QuinnSea does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We try our best to describe and showcase every product, including product information and its care. Please make sure you read the information about the product before placing your order.

We take as much care as possible when packaging our candles, however the nature of glassware some breakages may occur in transit.
